GRCC is committed to investigate and resolve all complaints. Any student, staff member, faculty, parent, guardian or citizen may file a complaint. Complaints will be dealt with in confidence unless the circumstances are such that a formal investigation is required. To be timely, complaints must be filed within 90 days of the incident and must be made by the individual complainant.
If you have a complaint and have not been able to resolve the issue with the individual or your supervisor, phoning one the following individuals will initiate a complaint resolution process. Following a discussion of your complaint, you will be asked to provide GRCC with a written complaint. Complaint Resolution Form
For Academic Concerns or Incidents:
Dean or Assistant Dean, or the Department Head for that academic area: Call 234-4000 and request to contact the specific academic area or Dean.
For Criminal Concerns or Activity:
Campus Police, 234-4010.
For Student behaviors or Incidents:
Dean of Student Affairs, 234-3925.
For Staff and Student Employment Discrimination, Harassment or Disability Discrimination:
Labor Relations, Affirmative Action, & Equal Employment Opportunity Department, 234-3453.
